Happy 2024! We wish you all a fruitful and pleasant year ahead. We're eager to connect with you across various forums as we work towards building a stronger, more vibrant Orthopaedic community. Your Executive Committee (EC) is launching new programs designed to benefit your practice and pave a bright future for our younger colleagues.

Our schedule for the year is almost ready, and we encourage all members to participate actively in our upcoming meetings and conferences. We're also open to your suggestions for meetings and welcome collaborations for any events you might be planning. We're revamping our meeting formats to be more audience-centric, dedicating about 40% of the time to discussions and case studies.

For our more senior colleagues, we'll be introducing specialized courses that offer a platform to interact with renowned national and international surgeons. We're also focusing on previously underserved branches like hand surgery and spine surgery, providing younger colleagues an opportunity to explore these super-specializations.

On the social front, look forward to our popular sports day and a musical extravaganza featuring performances from DOA members. We'd love for you to attend with your spouses!

To support our younger members, we're launching a mentorship program. This initiative will help you refine surgical skills and gain valuable insights into your burgeoning career paths.

Ultimately, our goal is to establish Delhi as a Mecca for orthopaedic education, fostering a sense of pride in every DOA member.
