Eligibility criteria for DOA Official Post/Bids

1. He/ She should be a Life member of DOA to contest for any Post/Bids.
2. He/ She should be an Indian citizen and should be practicing Ortho surgeon in Delhi/NCR area permanently.
3. Member applying for EC Post should be according to the address available in DOA records.
4. Bids for events should be by a region or institute with a PAN No. of its own to handle finances.
5. The person bidding for the event should be the Organizing Secretary of that event.

Election Schedule 2024-25

Notification of elections through Email to members	18th September 2024
Time period for receipt of nomination form by election officer	25th Sept - 2nd October 2024
Scrutiny & announcement of accepted nominations	03rd October 2024
Last date for withdrawal of nomination	10th October 2024
Scrutiny & declaring final list of contestants	11th October 2024
Start of voting online	19th October 2024
Last date for receipt of online voting till 5:00pm	28th October 2024
Final result announcement	30th October 2024

• The nominations are also invited for the post of Editor in Chief (EIC) of Journal of Clinical Orthopaedics and Trauma (JCOT).
• All those DOA members interested for EIC post should send a copy of their CV, including the list of publications (PubMed & Scopus), details of designation held in the editorial board of JCOT and a vision document of not more than 500 words along with number of hours /week willing to spend for JCOT.
